Outer space denotes the area that is beyond the earth’s atmosphere. It is an ever-expanding continuum that includes all existing matter, energy, time and space; including stars, habitable planets, moons, mini planets, comets, galaxies and other unexplored regions of space composed mainly of dark energy. Space is unique for its almost vacuum, which prevents any sound from traveling across and can span a very large range of temperatures. To venture into space, there are a number of science disciplines that come into play such as astronomy, astrophysics, and cosmology to mention a few which seek to explain how everything in the space came into being, how it is organized, and how it has changed over the years.
