Spiced and Vegetable Chaat

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas

  • 1 small green chili, finely chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tbsp roasted peanuts, roughly chopped

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine chickpeas, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, and coriander leaves.
  2. Add chaat masala, cumin powder, salt, and green chili (if using). Mix well.
  3. Squeeze lemon juice over the mixture and toss gently.
  4. Sprinkle roasted peanuts on top before serving.
